Monthly Small Group Athletic Program
Program Logistics
- Frequency: 8 sessions per month (standard schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Small cohorts (typically 6-12 children) segmented by age group (e.g., 4-6 years, 7-10+ years).
Training Curriculum
- Agility: Foot speed drills using ladders and mini-hurdles.
- Reflexes: Reaction training using drop-ball exercises and tennis ball drills.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight movements including bear walks, crawling drills, and flamingo balancing.
- Gamification: Competitive tag games designed to disguise sprint and endurance work.
- Sport Prep: Introduction to fundamental movements required for football, tennis, and basketball.
Facility & Equipment
- Venue: Access to Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana turf or indoor wooden-floored studios during monsoons.
- Gear: Training uses kid-safe props including colored cones, bean bags, and hula hoops.
1-on-1 Personal Sports Conditioning
Service Format
- Location: Trainer travels to client's building compound/terrace or a mutually designated turf.
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated private coaching.
- Scheduling: Flexible booking slots available outside of standard batch timings.
Specialized Training
- Customization: Workouts designed to support the child's primary sport (e.g., explosive power for football, lateral movement for tennis).
- Mechanics: Focus on running posture, gait correction, and landing mechanics to prevent injuries.
- Advanced Drills: usage of plyometrics and reaction lights suited for individual skill development.
Portable Kit
- Equipment: Trainer carries a mobile training kit including agility ladders, resistance bands, reaction balls, and target cones.

Why I Do This
I see every kid as a bundle of energy just waiting to shine. My sessions are all about turning that energy into real skills, not just making them sweat. We play, we laugh, and we learn - because when kids have fun, they improve faster.
Who This Is For
If your child is 5 or older and wants to get better at tennis, football, basketball, or just wants to move better and feel stronger, this is for you. I make custom sports training plans for children, so every kid gets what they need, not just a one-size-fits-all routine.
What We Work On
- Speed and agility drills for kids using ladders, obstacle courses, and games
- Power moves for sprinting, jumping, and kicking
- Balance and coordination (think 'Flamingo Fun' and animal walks)
- Quick reaction games like 'Drop Ball'
- Focus and confidence building, because sports is as much about the mind as the body
How We Train
No boring drills here. I use game-based athletic training, so kids stay excited and actually look forward to sessions. We mix in animal walks, fun ball drills, and simple bodyweight moves. Masti aur mazaa (fun and enjoyment) is the rule.

Hey, I’m Donato Pavrey. Used to coach sports, now I run Kidonics - all about making fitness a wild adventure for kids. Watching shy kids break out, laugh, run, fall down, get up, and just go nuts with their friends… that’s the real reward for me. Parents say thanks, but honestly, it’s the giggles and the goofy faces that matter most. We promise kids will remember our adventures, not just the stuff you buy them.
My Work
What I offer - PE-based motor skills program (ages 3-12), sports-specific fitness (10+), group and solo sessions, in-school classes, sports-themed birthday parties for kids.
Fun comes first - Every session feels like a fitness party - games like Hit The Mosquito and Steal The Gold, never boring.
Skills for life - While they play, kids pick up teamwork, leadership, and confidence-building activities for kids.
We come to you - Our coaches run classes in Mumbai centers or at your place. No travel drama, just fun fitness games for children, rain or shine.
