About The Making of the Magic
Our process starts with raw materials like foam boards, frames, and hundreds of balloons brought into the venue hours before your guests arrive. We manage the construction noise and cleanup so the space looks like a finished storybook scene by the time you walk through the door.
We define our work by the contrast between our construction phase and the final event result. When we set up for a fairy or neon themed party, we use heavy-duty structures to support 8x8ft backdrops. Our team handles the lighting placement, such as LED PAR cans, to ensure the backdrop colors pop properly.
We operate throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Our standard setup includes a 3-hour arrival time prior to the party to handle all assembly, including the balloon artistry with chrome accents and marquee lettering. The reason we emphasize the behind-the-scenes work is to show reliability. You do not see the tape, the ladders, or the toolboxes, but they are the foundation of every event we execute. Whether it is a baby shower or a kids' birthday party, we focus on the structure and the fine details.
