About Family Bonding: Workshops for Parents & Caregivers

In these sessions, we focus on moving beyond simply reading bedtime stories to mastering the art of narrative presence. We work on your voice modulation, body language, and how to use everyday household items as props, so you can engage your child without needing screens or expensive toys.

Moving Beyond Bedtime Stories

Many parents come to me feeling they aren't dramatic enough or that they lack the flair to hold a child's attention. The truth is, children don't need a performer; they need a listener. These masterclasses are built on the principle that the most profound stories happen when we put the books aside and speak from the heart.

We break down the barriers that keep us from connecting. We address common hurdles like:

  • The Screen Habit: How to use storytelling as a bridge to reduce dependence on digital devices.
  • The 'I'm Not Creative' Myth: Using simple household objects and your own life experiences to weave tales that resonate.
  • Voice & Presence: Practical training on pitch, pace, and pause to make your narration magnetic, whether you are reading to a toddler or sharing values with a teenager.

What to Expect

These sessions are intimate, capped at 15 participants to ensure everyone gets personalized feedback. We spend 2.5 hours together in a space that feels more like a shared living room than a classroom. Whether we are meeting in a community hall in Bangalore or connecting via a masterclass, the objective remains the same: you leave with a toolkit of techniques, a renewed sense of confidence, and a strategy for family bonding that will last for years.

Why Storytelling?

Stories are the simplest way to introduce complex themes—grief, values, joy—without being preachy. When you learn to weave these narratives yourself, you aren't just entertaining; you are shaping the world your child grows up in. Let's find your inner storyteller.
