About this collection
Unlike factory-made sweets, we still follow the specific, slow-cooking methods my grandfather established decades ago. Whether it is the precise texture of our grainy Dhodha Burfi or the exact syrup temperature for our Gulab Jamuns, every batch is prepared fresh in our Jangpura kitchen using pure desi ghee, keeping the same 100-year-old recipe consistent for our customers.
For four generations, Kadimi has been a part of Delhi’s celebrations. My father started this shop in Bhogal, and today, even with my grandchildren joining the fold, our approach to mithai remains untouched. We do not look for shortcuts because we are serving our own family and community.
