Civil & Demolition
- Dismantling existing floor, wall tiles, and old plumbing lines.
- Removal of debris and transport via tempo off-site.
- Hackling concrete walls to ensure strong plaster bonding.
Waterproofing & Plumbing
- Base chemical coating followed by Brickbat Coba for proper slope.
- Installation of new concealed CPVC lines (Astral/Prince) for hot and cold water.
- 24 to 48 hour water retention ponding test to ensure zero leakage.
Tiling & Finishing
- Laying anti-skid floor tiles and wall tiles up to 7 feet height.
- Installation of client-supplied sanitary ware and CP fittings.
- Note: Provider supplies sand and cement; tiles are client scope.
Granite Kitchen Platform Fabrication
Fabrication Method
- Double-layering platform edges (sandwiching) for approx 36mm thickness and strength.
- Installation of vertical supports using Kadappa stone or Granite partitions.
- Use of high-strength epoxy and cement slurry for durable bonding.
Material & Finish
- Sourcing of Natural Black Granite or Artificial Full Body Tiles.
- Precision cutting for sink and hob placement.
- Full Dhar Polish (chamfered edge) to remove sharp corners and ensure smooth finish.
External Wall Waterproofing (Rope Access)
Surface Preparation
- Setup of safety ropes and swing system for high-rise access.
- Mechanical wire brushing to remove moss, algae, and loose plaster.
- Opening cracks with grinders (V-grooving) to ensure deep filler penetration.
Chemical Application
- Filling cracks with shrink-free chemical compounds.
- Application of 1 Primer coat plus 2 coats of Acrylic waterproofing (Dr. Fixit/Sunanda).
- Reinforcement with fiber mesh strips over major structural cracks or beam-column joints.
