Installation Process

• Floor Preparation: Precision cutting of existing tiles at the door frame to accommodate the wooden strip without damaging the frame.
• Wood Specifications: Supply and fixing of seasoned Sagwan (Teak) wood treated for termites and polished to match the door.
• Vastu Embeds: Concealed placement of a continuous silver wire and 9 semi-precious Navgrah stones beneath the wood.
• Finishing: Heavy-duty epoxy bonding and melamine or PU matte polishing for a seamless look.

Structure & Finish

• Core Material: Boiling Water Proof (BWP) grade plywood carcass designed for pest resistance and longevity.
• Exterior: High-gloss or textured laminate finish (1mm) applied to the main body.
• Lighting & Decor: Custom CNC-cut acrylic back panel with religious motifs backed by warm white or RGB LED strip lighting.

Storage & Hardware

• Utility: Base unit containing two drawers for puja essentials and a pull-out tray for diyas.
• Fittings: Premium soft-close hinges and decorative antique or crystal knobs.
• Placement: Installation guidance to align the unit with the North-East Vastu direction.
