Scope of Work

• Assembly: Unpacking and assembling readymade furniture like shoe racks, study tables, or mirrors per manufacturer manuals.
• Repairs: Re-aligning wardrobe hinges, tightening squeaky bed joints, or planing swollen doors.
• Hardware Installation: Fixing new handles, latches, tower bolts, or replacing standard door locks.

Labor & Tools

• Technician: One skilled carpenter equipped with standard tools (chisel, hammer, drill).
• Duration: Covers labor for minor works taking up to 2 hours.
• Cleanup: Basic sweeping of wood shavings and sawdust generated during work.

Exclusions

• Materials: Spare parts (hinges, locks, screws, plywood) are charged at actuals.
• Civil Work: Painting or POP repair is not included.

Scope of Work

• Inspection: Checking existing ceiling points, weight-bearing capacity, and switchboard wiring.
• Assembly: Unboxing and assembling multi-part light fixtures like ring lights or IKEA kits.
• Mounting: Drilling holes using impact drills and inserting heavy-duty wall anchors.
• Wiring: Stripping and connecting wires with insulation tape and concealing excess length.
• Testing: Checking for flickering, proper earthing, and switch responsiveness.

Labor & Consumables

• Technician: One semi-skilled electrician for 30 to 60 minutes depending on complexity.
• Included: Standard screws, wall plugs, and black insulation tape.
• Excluded: Cost of the light fixture, bulbs, and extra wiring.

Surface & Floor Care

• Mechanized Cleaning: Scrubbing of floor tiles using a single-disc machine to remove grime and paint drops.
• Dry Dusting: Cleaning fans, lights, switchboards, and removal of cobwebs.
• Window Cleaning: Wiping of glass panes and tracks in accessible areas.
• Furniture: Dry vacuuming of upholstery and wiping of wooden furniture surfaces.

Kitchen & Bathroom

• De-greasing: Removal of oil stains from kitchen tiles, stove knobs, and exhaust fan blades.
• Sanitization: Scrubbing of toilet pots, sinks, and chrome fittings to remove mild scaling.
• Cabinetry: Wiping outside of cabinets; inside cleaning only if emptied by the client.

Team & Specs

• Manpower: Team of 2 to 3 cleaners for approximately 5 to 7 hours.
• Chemicals: Professional-grade cleaning agents for glass, floors, and toilets.

Service Details

• Diagnosis: Inspection of leakage sources, electrical tripping, or dampness assessment.
• Minor Fixes: Includes labor for tasks taking less than 20 minutes (e.g., changing a bulb, washer, or resetting an MCB).
• Consultation: Providing a detailed estimate for larger repairs if the issue cannot be fixed immediately.
• Travel: Covers fuel and travel time to the site within local limits.

Important Note

• This amount is adjustable against the final bill if a larger service (above 2000 INR) is booked immediately.
• Cost of any spare parts is extra.
