I do not just hand over drawings and disappear. I am on the floor, from the first puja to the final coat of paint, managing the demolition, carpentry, and finishing myself.

About My Process: On-Site From Start to Finish
I personally oversee every stage of the project, especially the messy parts like demolition and electrical rewiring. I do not believe in handing over site management to a third-party supervisor. When you walk onto your site, you will see me checking the measurements and the material quality, ensuring that the work happening in your living room matches the plans we discussed.
For me, the interior work starts long before the design phase. It begins with the demolition and civil modifications. By being present during the early stages, I can identify structural constraints or plumbing issues that others might miss.
My process is straightforward:
- Initial Site Assessment: We start with the puja to set a positive tone. I then take personal measurements to finalize the layout.
- Civil & Structural Work: Whether it is wall demolition, shifting electrical points, or bathroom waterproofing, I am there to guide the team. This ensures we do not have to break finished walls later because of a missed switch point.
- Execution: I work directly with the carpenters and tile masons. If we are doing a custom wardrobe or a modular kitchen, I verify the ply quality and the hardware installation personally.
- Final Polish: From painting to lighting, the finishing touches determine the look of the home. I stay until the final handover to ensure everything is clean and functional.
Because I handle the full turnkey process, you do not need to coordinate between a separate designer, a civil contractor, and a carpenter. I act as your single point of contact. This reduces miscommunication and speeds up the timeline significantly.
