Whether you want a traditional spread of Dal Makhani and piping hot naan or a Pan-Asian buffet with stir-fried mains, I ensure the food is prepared fresh on-site to keep the temperature and texture exactly right.
My approach to main courses centers on two things: authenticity and variety. In my Indian menus, you will find slow-cooked Dal Makhani, rich Paneer Butter Masala, and aromatic vegetable biryanis that rely on fresh ground spices rather than shortcuts. For clients who want a break from traditional fare, I bring the same attention to detail to my Pan-Asian and Italian options, such as tangy Gobi Manchurian or fresh penne arrabbiata.
Operating from my base in Vikhroli, I handle events across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I understand that logistics can be tricky, my team manages the entire flow from kitchen setup to final cleanup. We bring the equipment, the staff, and the culinary expertise to make sure your buffet stays hot and properly stocked throughout the service.
