About Featured
These photos aren't just for show. What you see is exactly what happens every week on our mats in HSR Layout: live rolling, focused conditioning, and the reality of drilling techniques until they stick. We don’t run a commercial gym where you just wander around—we run a training ground where you are held accountable by the coach and your training partners.
Martial arts is a discipline, not a hobby you pick up on the weekends. Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or training for the next Bangalore Open grappling tournament, the process is the same: show up, warm up, drill, and roll.
Our Training Focus
We divide our sessions between the structure of traditional disciplines and the intensity of modern combat sports:
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): We train both Gi and No-Gi. Gi sessions focus on grips and control, while No-Gi is faster and wrestling-based. Think of it like a chess match where you use leverage over raw strength.
- MMA & Striking: Our MMA program integrates striking with grappling. We don't focus on flashy, movie-style kicks; we focus on what works in a real fight.
- Conditioning: You will see agility ladders, hurdles, and kettlebells in our photos because fitness is non-negotiable. If you can’t move, you can’t fight.
Why Train at HSR?
Our facility uses 25mm to 30mm interlocking puzzle mats for safety. We keep the environment focused. There are no mirrors and no distractions, just open space and a team that pushes you to your limits. We have evening batches starting at 6:30 PM, and we also run a dedicated kids foundation program at 5:30 PM focusing on coordination, fall safety, and anti-bullying concepts.
If you are looking for a place to get stronger, learn actual skills, and be part of a team that competes and grows together, this is it. Come by for a session and see if you have the discipline to keep up.
