This is where technique meets reality. Our controlled sparring sessions, or 'rolling', are designed to let you apply what you've learned against a resisting partner in a safe environment, covering both Gi and No-Gi styles.

Strength & Conditioning Drills

BJJ is a full-body workout that builds functional strength and endurance. Our classes incorporate a variety of drills including kettlebell exercises and bodyweight movements to improve your overall fitness.

We are more than a gym, we are a team. We train together, support each other, and regularly participate in local and international competitions like the Bangalore Open and other grappling leagues.
