Beyond the Sport
Most martial arts are designed for a regulated ring, a single opponent, and a referee. In the real world, you have none of those things. As I have discussed in my media features, including my ABP News podcast, the biggest mistake people make is treating self-defense like a sport.
Why Our System Stands Out
My 22 years in the Indian armed forces taught me that when a threat arises, your body reacts based on how you have been conditioned. We replace the 'freeze' response with 'react'. Whether it is a knife threat, road rage, or a physical grab, our drills are scenario-based. We do not use fancy mats or complex routines. We use raw intensity, situational awareness, and simple, effective strikes that work for anyone, regardless of age or prior experience.
