International Relocation: Door-to-Airport
Logistics & Freight
- International Air Freight: Booking and payment of manifest cargo charges on premium pet-friendly airlines (e.g., Lufthansa, KLM, Air Canada).
- IATA Travel Crate: Provision of a brand new, size-appropriate fiber crate with metal bolts, water funnels, and absorbent bedding.
- Airport Handling: Meet & Greet service, porter assistance, and cargo terminal check-in formalities 4-6 hours prior to flight.
- Local Transport: AC Pet Taxi transfer from home in Delhi NCR to the airport cargo terminal.
Documentation & Compliance
- AQCS Export Permit: Management of the Animal Quarantine and Certification Service process, including physical verification of the pet by the Quarantine Officer.
- Veterinary Protocol: ISO-compliant Microchip implantation, vaccination record updates, and issuance of Fit-to-Fly health certificates.
- Lab Coordination: Coordination of Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre Test (RNATT) from approved laboratories for UK/EU/Australia entry.

- Door-to-Door Transfers: Dedicated AC pet cab for pick-up from origin home to departure airport and drop-off from arrival airport to new residence.
- Crate Rental: Provision of a sanitized, size-appropriate travel crate for the duration of the journey on a rental basis.
Handling & Paperwork
- Check-in Assistance: Physical assistance at the cargo terminal to secure the crate with cable ties and manage X-ray scanning procedures.
- Medical Certificates: Arrangement of mandatory veterinary Fit-to-Fly certificate issued 24-48 hours prior to departure.
- Flight Coordination: Management of airline embargoes or rescheduling due to heat restrictions.

Getting Your Pet Ready
Crate training is a must - I make sure your pet feels safe in their travel crate, not trapped. If you need to leave before your pet, they can chill at my homestay, get walks, play, and good food. Some pets need a special diet or exercise plan to be fit to fly - I help with that too.
Travel Day: Full Support
I book pet-friendly flight routes, provide the right travel crate, and handle airport check-in. You’ll get updates from me at every step. I’ve moved pets from Dilli to Dublin, Kochi to Canada, and everywhere in between.
