Hands-On Self-Defense Skills for Delhi Students
Learn realistic, life-saving techniques in your daily uniform. My workshops focus on simple, effective moves to manage sudden threats, making safety accessible for everyone.
This is a demonstration of a simple yet effective wrist-grab escape, a fundamental technique that gives students the confidence to protect themselves. The goal is to use an attacker's force against them.
We practice defenses against common types of assaults to build real-world readiness. In this part of the workshop, I am showing a student how to defend against a hair-pull attack, a technique specifically useful for girls' self-defense.
About Hands-On Self-Defense Skills
You do not need special athletic gear to learn these moves. My training is designed for real-world scenarios, such as managing a sudden hair pull or a wrist grab while wearing your school uniform. We focus on techniques that rely on instinct rather than complex acrobatics, so you walk out feeling prepared and capable of defending yourself.
I believe that true strength comes from discipline and preparation. My approach is simple: teach techniques that work when you are caught off guard, using what you already have. Whether it is a single-day workshop or a 10-day crash course, the goal remains the same—building the inner confidence that sticks with you long after the session ends.
Why these techniques work
My workshops are not just theory. We drill the basics until they become muscle memory. We cover:
- Vocal Assertiveness: Using your voice to deter threats before they escalate.
- Fundamental Escapes: Practical defenses against wrist grips, hair grabs, and throat grabs.
- Situational Awareness: Understanding your surroundings so you can identify risks early.
How we work together
I travel to schools, colleges, and community centers across Delhi NCR. You provide the space—a playground, assembly hall, or park—and I bring the training, equipment, and focus. I conduct these workshops personally to ensure the discipline and safety standards I am known for are maintained.
The Path to Discipline
As I always tell my students, 'Samay ka sadupyog karo' (Value your time). We start each session with a discussion on punctuality and overcoming fear because martial arts is as much about the mind as it is about the body. Whether you are an NGO looking to empower girls in your community or a school principal wanting to add a practical safety layer to your curriculum, my team and I are ready to support you.
