About this collection

Most people think they need to be 'fit' before stepping into a gym. You don't. Our classes focus on biomechanics—how to escape a grab or create distance—that work regardless of your size or previous athletic background. We don't just teach you how to throw a punch; we train your reflexes so that when a stressful situation happens, your body knows exactly what to do without you having to think.

Beyond the Workout

Training at ICSA isn't about looking good in a mirror; it's about building a survival skill set. Whether you're interested in MMA, kickboxing, or grappling, the goal remains the same: to remove fear. When you train with us, you are learning a skill that stays with you forever—much like riding a bicycle. Once you master the balance and the movement, you cannot forget it.

The Training Reality

We keep the environment safe and supportive, not intimidating.

  • Technical Foundation: We start with proper stance and movement. You will learn to manage your distance, protect your face, and use your hips for power.
  • Real-World Scenarios: We simulate common, uncomfortable situations so you learn how to de-escalate or defend yourself effectively.
  • Conditioning: You will sweat, but it's functional sweat. We use battle ropes, bodyweight drills, and plyometrics to ensure you have the stamina to protect yourself when it counts.

Our members push each other to be better, and as your coach, I ensure the environment is one of respect and accountability. You don't have to be a professional fighter to train here; you just need to be someone who refuses to give up.
