About Mallakhamb: Our Heritage Sport

Mallakhamb isn't just about climbing the pole; it’s about mastering your grip, focus, and core control. In our sessions, we start with basic stance and grip familiarity before moving to more complex sequences. Don't worry about being perfect on day one. We take it slow—ghai nahi karna hai—ensuring your technique is safe and steady before you try any advanced climbs.

Mallakhamb is a complete workout that balances tradition with modern athletic safety. At our centers across Mumbai and Thane, we treat this heritage sport with the respect it deserves, but we teach it using modern safety standards.

Why Mallakhamb?

Unlike regular gym workouts, Mallakhamb trains your body in three dimensions. You are working on grip strength, upper body endurance, and intense core stability. Our Training Approach

We believe in a step-by-step progression. We don't rush students to the top of the pole. Instead, we focus on:

  • Grip & Stance: Learning how to hold the pole securely before attempting any lift.
  • Body Awareness: Understanding how to shift your center of gravity while hanging.
  • Spotting: Our coaches are always right there, using pads and manual support to ensure you are safe while you experiment with new positions.
