At IMTC Gurgaon, our directors, Ms. Nandini Ghosh and Ms. Daisy Narang, lead every aspect of our training. With over two decades of experience each, they have seen how the Montessori method impacts families across North India.

Whether you are a teacher building your classroom skills or a parent trying to manage your child’s environment at home, our directors bring the same rigor to your learning that we apply to our child development programs. They are not distant administrators. You will find them leading our live Zoom webinars, answering your sawal-jawab (Q&A) in real-time, and conducting on-site institutional workshops where you get to handle the apparatus yourself.

Their approach is built on the foundation of Dr. Maria Montessori’s work—observation, respect for the child, and freedom within limits.
