I am Harkiran Kaur, a lighting designer with over 13 years of experience in enhancing residential and hospitality spaces. My firm, Illuminaty, was founded with the vision to use light as a powerful tool to shape environments and create a meaningful interplay between light, surface, and the user.

This is my gallery, a space where light is treated as art. I believe in offering a curated collection of brilliance, where each fixture is a masterpiece waiting to transform a room into a refined experience.7
In this expansive commercial space, I used a series of modern ring chandeliers to create a sense of grandeur and cohesion. The layered design provides ample ambient light while acting as a stunning architectural feature, demonstrating how lighting can define a large area.
For this living room, I designed a cascading cluster of cloud-like pendant lights to serve as a soft, sculptural centerpiece. The arrangement adds depth and a touch of modern artistry, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere over the main seating area.
This high-angle view of a Guwahati residence captures the full scope of a cohesive lighting plan. The modern chandelier draws the eye, while subtle wall and accent lights create a warm, layered glow throughout the double-height living space.

This is how I transform a room into a sanctuary. The Bocci 100 series floats like a luminous cloud above this serene bedroom, creating an atmosphere of pure tranquility. Each hand-blown glass piece is part of a larger, custom composition designed to evoke emotion and artistry.8
The Luna series by Gabriel Scott demonstrates how linear lighting can become the centerpiece of a grand dining space. Its modular design, featuring blown glass and metallic finishes, is suspended against a dramatic marble wall, creating a statement of sophisticated, contemporary luxury.
I believe in the warmth and timelessness of natural materials. These sculptural pendants, crafted from Finnish birch wood, bring an organic softness to this rustic loft. Their slatted design casts intricate patterns of light and shadow, enhancing the architectural character of the space.
For me, lighting is kinetic art. The Volant chandelier is a perfect example, a static sculpture that appears to be in perpetual motion. Its angled glass elements and solid brass bars create an elegant equilibrium, making it a captivating focal point in modern, architectural interiors.

This zen office, inspired by the Wabi Sabi philosophy, was completed using our Magnetic Modular Decorative Lighting System. The linear track lighting provides clean, minimal illumination that complements the calm and uncluttered design of the space.
