About Robotics for Young Innovators (Grades 4-8)
In our two-day intensive, students build their own chassis, wire their own motors, and compete in obstacle courses. It is hands-on work where mechanical mistakes are part of the process, not a failure. We focus on teaching the 'why' behind every gear and switch, ensuring students leave with a practical understanding of how their robots function.
Building the Maker's Mindset
We believe that innovation starts with a screwdriver in hand, not a textbook. Our workshops are designed to break the cycle of passive learning by having students build, test, and race their own projects.
What happens in the workshop?
For students in grades 4 to 8, we run a structured 2-day program that demystifies robotics.
- Electronics Basics: We cover the fundamentals of circuits, batteries, and motor controls.
- Assembly: Students construct their own robots using pre-cut chassis plates and standard DC geared motors.
- Problem Solving: On the final day, we hold an inter-batch competition. This turns the engineering process into a sport, where students must troubleshoot their designs on the fly to win the obstacle course.
Practical Learning for Schools
We know that schools need programs that are both effective and logistically simple. We provide all the necessary kits—motors, wiring, and chassis—which are returned at the end of the workshop. This allows us to keep per-student costs low without compromising on the quality of the hardware. Every participant receives a certificate of participation, and students walk away with the confidence that comes from building technology from scratch. Whether it is a soccer-bot or a race-bot, we provide the environment where curiosity turns into a working creation.
