About Inspirations & The Studio
Every visit to the studio begins with an open conversation, not a sales pitch. Whether you are drawn to the ethereal drape of bougainvillea-printed satin or the intricate depth of hand-embroidered zardosi, I personally guide you through my fabric library to select textures and hues that resonate with your individual story.
The Studio Experience
My studio in HSR Layout is not just a showroom, it is a creative workspace where we bridge the gap between imagination and reality. When you arrive, you step away from the noise of mass production and into an environment focused entirely on the details of your garment. We begin with a sketch, translating your vision into a design that balances aesthetic grace with personal significance.
Nature as the Primary Muse
My design philosophy is rooted in observation. I find inspiration in the delicate architecture of a petal, the interplay of light during a rainy afternoon in Bengaluru, and the vibrant patterns of bougainvillea. These elements translate into the embroidery motifs and fabric prints you see in my collections. If you prefer, we can incorporate these natural patterns into your own piece, creating something that feels organic and timeless rather than fleeting.
The Collaborative Process
Designing a custom outfit is a partnership. During our consultations, we examine swatches of Moonga silk, glass organza, and rich velvets to ensure the base fabric supports the silhouette you desire. We do not rush the process. From the initial mock-ups and embroidery swatches to the final fitting, every stage is designed to ensure the garment moves with you comfortably. By the time we arrive at the final fitting, the piece should feel like an extension of yourself, refined and unapologetically elegant.
