Custom Civil Planter & Terrace Garden
Civil Infrastructure
- Drainage System: Installation of high load bearing 30mm Drain Cells (recycled polypropylene) protected by 120-150 GSM Geotextile Fabric to prevent soil clogging.
- Planter Construction: Permanent planter boxes built using red clay bricks or AAC blocks, finished with cement plaster and shaped to design.
- Waterproofing: Internal coating of planters with polymer based cementitious waterproofing.
Soil & Planting Media
- Soil Mix: A blend of locally sourced Red Soil (Lal Mati) for stability, mixed with Coco peat and Vermicompost.
- Eco Promise: Zero use of chemical fertilizers in the base preparation.
Plantation
- Plant Selection: Supply of sturdy, sun tolerant varieties like Indian Roses, Hibiscus, Areca Palms, or Crotons.
- Density: Planting density of approximately 1 shrub per square foot.
Irrigation & Finishing
- Drip System: Installation of 16mm lateral pipes with adjustable drippers connected to the water source.
- Surface Dressing: Layering of decorative white pebbles or wood chips on open soil areas.

Structural Framework
- Fabrication: Grid framework using MS (Mild Steel) box pipes (approx 1x1 inch), treated with anti rust Red oxide and painted black.
- Pot System: Mounting of high density UV stabilized Polypropylene (PP) Vertical Garden Pots (Black color, 3 hook locking mechanism).
Plantation & Media
- Media: Soilless lightweight potting mix comprising Coco peat and Perlite/Vermiculite to reduce wall load.
- Plant Varieties: Cascading plants like Golden Pothos, Philodendrons, Ferns, or Purple Hearts.
- Coverage: 3 Pots per square foot ensuring semi coverage that fills out in 3-4 weeks.
Irrigation
- Drip Network: Integrated 16mm main lines with 4mm feeder tubes reaching every individual pot row.
- Connection: Setup includes connection to the existing water tap.
Natural Lawn & Ground Landscaping
Ground Preparation
- Tilling & Cleaning: Manual deep digging (up to 6-8 inches) to remove debris, stones, and old roots.
- Soil Enrichment: Application of a 2-4 inch layer of fertile Red Soil (Lal Mati) mixed with organic compost.
- Leveling: Grading the surface to ensure proper slope for water runoff.
Turf Installation
- Grass Variety: Supply and laying of Mexican Lawn Grass or Selection No. 1 carpet grass rolls.
- Binding: Rolling the lawn with a heavy roller to remove air pockets and ensure root contact.
Softscape Borders
- Edging: Planting of hardy border plants like Dwarf Pandanus or Spider Lily along the periphery (approx 6 inch spacing).
- Initial Care: First deep watering and trimming to set the level.
