Building a commercial space is personal for us. Every wall, every finish, should tell your business’s story—one that your customers and your team instantly connect with. We’re Prakash and Pratap, and we believe a good design isn’t just pretty, it’s practical and feels right.

- Spa & Wellness Centers: Our focus is to create a true escape. You’ll see a lot of natural textures, luxe backlit reception desks, soft lights, and touches that make guests say, “apratim disatay” (looks amazing).
- Resorts & Hotels: We blend modern style with local vibes. For a sea-facing place, expect breezy, peaceful interiors and full 3D previews before we start.
- Offices & Workspaces: A workspace should match your company culture and help everyone work better. We design collaborative workspace setups where “saari din ki thakawat utar jaye” (all the day’s tiredness melts away).

My Story
We’re Prakash and Pratap, behind Holla Homes. Six years back, just two folks with a dream to build homes that feel alive, not just look pretty. Some clients say, ‘mala he concept aavdat navhta’ (didn’t like this idea), but they trust the process, and end up calling it ‘apratim’ (exquisite). We love working with people who speak their mind! That NRI techie gifting her parents a Diwali home - still gives us goosebumps. Now, our Experience Centre in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, is open for anyone to drop by and see what we’re about.
