How We Work
For us, every home starts with your dream. We’re Prakash and Pratap, and we treat each project like a partnership - your ideas, our design know-how. We’re not shy about suggesting what works, but we’ll always listen first. Sometimes our wildest ideas turn out to be client favourites (even if you need some convincing at first!) and that’s honestly the best feeling.
What We Do
- Full home interior makeovers for 1BHK, 2BHK, and bigger flats
- End-to-end process: design, execution, handover, sab kuch (everything)
- We love working themes into spaces – from Santorini’s chill vibe to that rich Persian look, or even proper Maharashtrian touches. If you want something truly custom, most stuff is made right at your place (not just picked up from a shop).
Spaces We Design
- Living & dining: Custom sofas, indoor swings, smart TV units, partitions and bar units – all made to fit your life and style. Living room space optimization is always on our mind.
- Bedrooms: We do restful master bedrooms with custom storage solutions, sliding wardrobes, and Vastu compliant home design details if you want. Kids’ rooms? Think fun themes and storage that actually works.
- Modular kitchens: Practical layouts, easy-to-clean finishes, and smooth installations. We are up for your modular kitchen design ideas and tweaks.
The Goal
You should walk in and feel, bas, aaj ghar aa gaya (I’m finally home). That’s what we chase with every project.

My Story
We’re Prakash and Pratap, behind Holla Homes. Six years back, just two folks with a dream to build homes that feel alive, not just look pretty. Some clients say, ‘mala he concept aavdat navhta’ (didn’t like this idea), but they trust the process, and end up calling it ‘apratim’ (exquisite). We love working with people who speak their mind! That NRI techie gifting her parents a Diwali home - still gives us goosebumps. Now, our Experience Centre in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, is open for anyone to drop by and see what we’re about.
