Raintree Lawn & Hall Rental
Space & Infrastructure
- Duration: 24-hour block access (typically 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM).
- Venue Choice: Exclusive use of Raintree Lawn (Outdoor, 700 pax) or Convention Hall (Indoor, 500 pax).
- Support Rooms: 2 air-conditioned changing rooms provided complimentary for family use.
- Furniture: Includes round tables with linens and standard banquet chairs for up to 200 guests.
Utilities & Logistics
- Power: General illumination provided. Generator access included (fuel costs charged on actual consumption).
- Services: Pre-event cleaning, restroom janitorial staff, and main gate security.
- Kitchen: Access to reheating and plating area provided if using internal catering.

Welcome & Starters
- Drinks: 2 varieties of juices or mocktails.
- Appetizers: Pass-around service for 60 minutes.
- Low Range: 1 Veg + 1 Non-Veg starter.
- High Range: Extended variety with additional premium options.
Main Course Spread
- Breads: Live Tandoor serving Butter Naan, Roti, and Kulcha.
- Rice & Staples: Bisibelebath/Pulao, Steamed Rice, Rasam, Sambar.
- Sides: Salad bar, Raitha, Papad, Pickle.
- Curries (Low Price): 1 Paneer, 1 Seasonal Veg, Dal Fry, 1 Chicken Curry.
- Curries (High Price): 1 Paneer, 2 Veg Exotics, Dal Makhani, 1 Mutton, 1 Chicken, 1 Fish.
Dessert & Service
- Sweets: 2 Hot Indian Sweets (Halwa/Jamun) + Ice Cream.
- Logistics: Uniformed staff, bone china crockery, water dispensers, and 3-4 hour service duration.
