Terrace Garden: Venue & Standard Decor
Core Facility & Logistics
- Venue Access: Exclusive use of 'Terrace Garden' (4,000 sq ft semi-open rooftop) for standard slots (Lunch: 11 AM - 3 PM or Dinner: 7 PM - 11 PM).
- Furniture: Standard round tables with linens and banquet chairs (includes ribbon ties in 5 color choices).
- Staffing: 1 Dedicated Event Manager, housekeeping team for spill management, and on-site electrician.
- Utilities: Access to 1 Basic AC grooming room and 24/7 generator backup.
- Parking: Valet service provided. Note: Only 5 slots are complimentary; guests pay Rs 50/hr/car for additional spots.
Decor Setup
- Ceiling & Lighting: Fabric draping to mask industrial roof structure and signature fairy lights (serial lights) across the open area.
- Stage: 8x8 ft or 10x10 ft backdrop with artificial floral accents and a sofa for the couple.
- Photo Op: One dedicated photo booth corner (e.g., Yellow Scooter prop or Floral Swing).
- Signage: Standard easel welcome board.
Planning Services
- Vendor Coordination: Management of external/in-house caterers for layout and clearance.
- Guest Management: Basic RSVP tracking assistance.
Sky Terrace: Venue & Premium Decor

- Venue Access: Exclusive rights to 'Sky Terrace' (13,000 sq ft) with panoramic views.
- Accommodation: Access to Premium Bridal Suite (AC, en-suite washroom, full-length mirrors) for event duration.
- Logistics: Dedicated elevator usage for guest flow separate from vendors.
- Climate Control: Heavy-duty mist fans or air coolers (spot cooling) provided near the stage area.
- Furniture: Round tables with premium linen, VIP sofas for stage seating, and chairs with sash upgrades.
Production & Decor
- Grand Stage: 24ft - 30ft wide stage setup (Reception or Mandap) with heavy artificial floral work, backdrop paneling, and chandeliers.
- Lighting: Full wash lighting (Par cans) for stage and architectural lighting for venue perimeter.
- Entrance: Themed entrance arch (Floral or Fabric) with red carpet walkway and aisle pedestals.
- Ceiling: Extensive color-coordinated draping with hanging floral latkans or chandeliers.
Execution & Management
- Event Director: Senior planner on-site to manage run-of-show (entries, cake cutting, rituals).
- Hospitality: Management of valet desk and parking flow.

Food & Flexibility
Good khaana (food) is non-negotiable. I work with top caterers, but if you have a family favorite, bring them along. There’s a full kitchen ready for your own chef too. I’m flexible - it’s your party, your rules.

I coordinate makeup artists, photographers, entertainers, and more. Vendor coordination for events is part of the package, so you don’t have to chase anyone. You ask, I deliver. Simple.

Hey! We’re Safina Banquets - the ones who believe every event needs thoda pyaar, thoda magic. We found this stunning rooftop above Safina Plaza and thought, ‘Yeh toh perfect hai for celebrations!’ From grand shaadis to chotu birthdays, we want you to feel on top of the world (literally). Over 1000 events later, we just want you to come, chill, and let us handle the rest. Banni sir, banni! (Come sir, come!)
