2-Day Exclusive Estate Buyout
Property Access
- Duration: Full 48-hour access to the entire 5-acre property (typically 6:00 AM Day 1 to 6:00 AM Day 3).
- Event Zones: Includes The Colonial Bandstand (Lawn), The Pond Pavilion (Kalyani), Atithishala (Courtyard), and Temple Zone.
- Photography: Full access to garden spaces, the 'Tree of Life', and swing areas.
Accommodation (28 Rooms)
- Heritage Villa: 4 premium suites (Arundati & Vasishta) featuring open-to-sky baths and antique four-poster beds.
- Guest Rooms: 24 heritage-styled rooms located across the property to accommodate approximately 80 to 100 guests.
- Amenities: Air conditioning, housekeeping, and basic toiletries included.
Infrastructure & Support
- Furniture: Standard banquet chairs and tables (round/rectangular) for up to 200 guests.
- Power: Generator usage included for the event duration (fuel capped at 8 to 10 hours run time per day).
- Logistics: Basic security team at gates, valet parking management for 50 to 80 cars, and kitchen access for caterers.

- Duration: Exclusive use of the property for a 16-hour slot (typically 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

- Exclusivity: The venue hosts only one event at a time to ensure privacy.
Complimentary Facilities
- Bridal & Groom Suites: Access to 2 premium heritage suites for getting ready and makeup.
- Guest Amenities: Access to common restrooms with housekeeping attendants.
- Note: This package excludes overnight stay rooms for guests.
Operational Support
- Maintenance: Pre-event deep cleaning and anti-pest fogging of the open-air grounds.
