For me, mehndi is more than just a job - it's pure therapy. After 7 years, I still get a kick out of seeing someone smile when they look at their hands. Especially when it's for a big moment, like a wedding. Uss kaam mein alag hi mazza hai (there's a different kind of fun in that work).

My Story
Hi, main Vaishali. Mehndi for me? Pure therapy, not just kaam (work). Saat saal ho gaye (been seven years) - from Ghatkopar ki metro, local train, sometimes 5am starts, thaki hui but always smiling. Sangeet bajta hai, masti hoti hai, and phir shuru hoti hai mehndi ki kala (then the art begins). Sabko hamari mehndi pasand aati hai, bas wahi sabse badi khushi (everyone likes our mehndi, that's the real joy). I love teaching too - jab students artist bante hai, wah maza alag hai (when students become artists, that's a different joy).
