Discover the quiet joy of building your own mini ecosystem. Whether you join me at our Bangalore studio or build along from home with a DIY kit, I guide you step-by-step through the therapeutic process of creating a terrarium.

There's something magical about creating a fairy garden. This workshop is always full of smiles, bringing together garden enthusiasts of all ages to build their own miniature green escapes.

"Working with soil is indeed therapeutic." I love hearing feedback like this from our terrarium workshop participants. It's a fulfilling experience to create a living piece of art to take home.

In this workshop, participants learned to make both open and closed terrariums. It was wonderful to see everyone proudly holding their personalized mini-ecosystems, a little piece of nature to brighten their space.

Creating a terrarium is a mindful practice that engages all your senses. This video shows our participants focused on the process, from layering the soil to placing the last decorative stone.

I had a wonderful time with students and faculty from Ramaiyah University for a seedball making workshop. Together, we made over 100 seedballs, a small but meaningful step in contributing to our local ecosystem.

Even the simple act of mixing soil can be a calming, sensory experience. This is a fundamental step in my terrarium workshops, helping participants ground themselves before they begin creating.

Can't make it to my studio? No problem. I host online terrarium workshops and deliver a complete kit with plants, soil, a glass bowl, and decorative miniatures right to your door, anywhere in India.

About this collection

The secret to a thriving terrarium isn't just the plants, it's the soil layers. In my workshops, I teach you exactly how to balance charcoal, leca, and potting mix so your mini jungle actually lives long after the session ends, even if you have never kept a plant alive before.

Whether you are looking to escape the daily grind or searching for a unique team-building activity, terrarium making is one of the most grounding ways to spend a few hours. I design these sessions to be completely accessible. You do not need a green thumb or any prior crafting experience to build a healthy ecosystem.

In our studio, we focus on the science of the layers. I walk you through the drainage setup, the importance of activated charcoal, and selecting the right succulents for your specific light conditions. We work with open bowls for cacti and arid-loving plants, and closed jars for mosses and humidity-loving greenery.

If you are based in Bangalore, you can drop by our Sadanandanagar studio for a weekend session or a private group booking. For those further away, I have developed a DIY kit that includes everything from the glass container and live plants to the soil medium and decorative pebbles. I ship these kits across India and we jump on a video call to assemble your miniature world together. It is about more than just the final plant, it is about the quiet process of digging, planting, and nurturing something that grows.
