The jungle does not edit itself. From the raw intensity of a hunt in the Masai Mara to the territorial battles in Ranthambore, these are the moments that define the true, often brutal, narrative of the wild.

A brutal hunt in the Masai Mara. A lone hyena rips open the belly of a wildebeest while it is still alive. The Great Migration is a season of plenty, but it comes at a great cost.

The hyena continues its feast. Witnessing such moments is a stark reminder of the harsh realities of survival in the wild.

The blood-soaked hyena stands over its kill. After 20 minutes of agony, the wildebeest finally breathed its last.

The hyena feasts, and soon, over 50 vultures would descend to clean up the remains. Nothing goes to waste in the savanna.

I am Harsha, but most folks call me Catman. I have spent the last 15 years living inside the jungle's drama, watching dynasties rise and fall from Kabini to the Masai Mara. I do not just take you to see animals; I take you to witness their lives, battles, and quietest moments so you can document them properly.

This is the moment we live for. A majestic tiger walking head-on through a stream, its eyes locked with the lens. To get this shot, I used a wide aperture to create a natural frame with the foreground leaves, making the tiger the undeniable hero of the story. On my workshops, I teach you how to anticipate such moments and use composition to create unforgettable, powerful images.8
Capturing the Great Migration is about freezing chaos into a story of survival. Here, a lion charges into a herd of wildebeest, and every element tells a tale of instinct and power. My Sony Alpha 1, shooting at 30 fps, allowed me to stop time, capturing the flying hooves and dust, turning a split-second event into a timeless narrative.
I was breathless when I witnessed this. A hyena mother carrying her newborn cub, just hours old, is a sight so rare it's almost undocumented. Luck plays a part, but being ready with the right gear and knowledge is what turns luck into a once-in-a-lifetime photograph. This is the kind of intimate storytelling I will help you achieve.
The soul of wildlife photography is storytelling. This frame of a tigress and her cub walking towards me, nuzzling each other with eyes locked on the camera, is pure emotion. Using a wide f/2.8 aperture on my 400mm lens, I melted the background away to ensure their bond was the only story being told.
