A curated glimpse into the pulse of the wild. From the raw power of tigers to hands-on field mentorship, this is the essence of my photography workshops.

A young tiger from Choti Madhu's litter in Tadoba, exploding with energy during a monsoon downpour. This is the kind of wild, unfiltered moment we live for; it’s not just about seeing a tiger, but feeling the raw pulse of the jungle.

The ghost of the forest, a black panther, resting on a branch in the lush monsoon greens of Kabini. Sighting this elusive cat is a dream for many, and on my tours, I use my years of tracking experience to turn that dream into a reality.

The legendary tusker, Craig, standing before the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli. My African expeditions are designed to capture these iconic, once-in-a-lifetime frames, placing you right in the heart of nature's grandest theatre.

An Oriental Dwarf Kingfisher with its catch, captured during a downpour on one of my birding workshops. I teach you how to master your camera in challenging conditions, using techniques like shutter speed to freeze the rain or create atmospheric blur.

The legendary leopardess Cleopatra of Kabini, whose story is etched into the forest's history. My workshops are more than photo tours; they are deep dives into the lives and sagas of these incredible animals.

A curious tiger cub perched perfectly in a tree on a misty winter morning. These are the unique, fleeting moments we anticipate and position ourselves for, turning a lucky glimpse into an unforgettable photograph.

This is what a photo mentorship in the field looks like. I explain not just what to shoot, but how to anticipate the moment, understand light, and position yourself for the most powerful storytelling images.

A thrilling rain ride safari through the muddy tracks of Kabini. My workshops are not classroom sessions; we immerse ourselves completely in the wild, embracing every adventure the jungle throws at us.

About Featured

What you see in my gallery isn't just a lucky snap; it's the result of anticipating movement, reading the light, and positioning for the story. On my tours, I don’t just point out animals; I teach you to anticipate the action so you’re ready before the moment unfolds. Whether it’s tracking leopards in the Kabini backwaters or adjusting shutter speeds for a rain-soaked kingfisher, my focus is on giving you the skills to tell your own visual stories.

Wildlife photography is a game of patience and preparation. Too often, enthusiasts focus solely on the subject, missing the context and mood that make a photograph land with impact. My approach flips this. We spend less time classroom-bound and more time in the field, learning to interpret the jungle's language.

Mentorship in the Wild

When we are out on a safari, my role is to act as your eyes and your guide. We focus on:

  • Behavior Prediction: Understanding when a predator is about to hunt, play, or rest so you are ready before it happens.
  • Light & Angle: Positioning the vehicle to catch the golden hour or dramatic backlighting, rather than just snapping the first angle we see.
  • Technical Agility: Learning to adjust settings on the fly for changing weather, like freezing rain droplets or tracking fast-moving birds in flight.

Where We Explore

From the tiger reserves of central India like Tadoba and Bandhavgarh to the birding paradise of Ranganathittu, and even international expeditions to the Maasai Mara, every location offers a different narrative. You aren't just here to fill your memory card; you're here to understand the cycle of life in these ecosystems.

Whether you are a beginner struggling with aperture or a pro looking to refine your storytelling, my workshops are tailored to help you find your unique voice in the wild.
