Gymnastics and Yoga Classes for Strength & Flexibility
I believe dance is only half the story. My studio offers professional gymnastics and yoga to help you and your kids build the flexibility, core strength, and balance that fuels every great performance.
I'm excited to have a professional gymnast and national-level trainer leading our gymnastics classes. We offer sessions for kids, teens, and adults to learn everything from basics to street gymnastics.
Our gymnastics classes are ongoing. Here, I am helping my young students practice their handstands, building upper body strength and balance in a safe environment.

During our summer camp, we introduced the kids to Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics, and music. It was a great workshop for learning self-defense and coordination.

About this collection
I'm lucky to have a national-level gymnastics coach running our sessions, which makes a huge difference in how we teach. Whether your kid is starting with basic floor mat tumbling or you're joining us to master complex asanas, we focus on safety first. Beyond the Dance Floor
Many people think my academy is just for choreography, but my goal has always been to build strong, healthy bodies. Movement is a skill, and it requires more than just rhythm. By adding gymnastics and yoga, we provide the foundational strength that keeps our dancers injury-free and athletic.
Professional Gymnastics Training
We don't just 'play' at gymnastics. We have a national-level gymnastics acrobat and stunt choreographer leading these batches. This means you or your child learn the right techniques for tumbling, floor exercises, and agility.
- For Kids (Ages 6+): We focus on balance, motor skills, and confidence. Our small class sizes allow us to spot students individually, ensuring they are practicing safely on our floor mats.
- Street Gymnastics: We incorporate elements of b-boying and Capoeira, which is a fantastic way to build explosive power and coordination. It is hard work, but the results in how kids carry themselves are immediate.
Yoga for Balance and Focus
In a world that is always moving, yoga is where we find stillness. Our sessions are not about intense, rigid workouts. They are about controlled breathing, flexibility, and building internal strength. We have even collaborated with instructors from the Isha Foundation to bring authentic, calming, and rejuvenating yoga experiences to our students in Sahakarnagar.
