I believe dance is only half the story. My studio offers professional gymnastics and yoga to help you and your kids build the flexibility, core strength, and balance that fuels every great performance.

I'm excited to have a professional gymnast and national-level trainer leading our gymnastics classes. We offer sessions for kids, teens, and adults to learn everything from basics to street gymnastics.

Our gymnastics classes are ongoing. Here, I am helping my young students practice their handstands, building upper body strength and balance in a safe environment.

During our summer camp, we introduced the kids to Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics, and music. It was a great workshop for learning self-defense and coordination.

Celebrating International Yoga Day at the academy. My students are learning different asanas, which helps improve their flexibility, focus, and overall well-being.

We had a great yoga session conducted by a trainer from the Isha Foundation to celebrate International Yoga Day. It was a calming and rejuvenating experience for all our members.
