About Our Process
When I arrive at your venue, I start by clearing the space to create a clean canvas for the balloon rings and backdrops. Assembly usually takes about 30 minutes for standard setups, so I get everything ready without disrupting your party flow.
Whether I am setting up a jungle theme for a kid's birthday or arranging a balloon ring for an anniversary, the process remains the same. I focus on being quick and keeping things budget-friendly.
My team and I handle the entire setup, from inflating balloons to placing the cutouts and lights. You do not need to worry about the heavy lifting or the assembly. I bring all the materials to your location anywhere across Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, set up the props, and make sure everything is sturdy before you arrive.
If you are renting DIY items like my circular metal backdrops or marquee numbers, I walk you through how to set them up safely. For full decor packages, I take care of the cabling for lights and the stability of the backdrops. My goal is to ensure your event looks polished without you needing to spend extra time managing vendors. You can focus on your guests while I handle the visual details.
