We pride ourselves on turning standard living rooms and venues into party spaces with minimal disruption. When we arrive for a setup, our team manages everything from inflating balloon arches in tight corners to installing floral runners and lighting, ensuring your venue is ready exactly when you need it.
Our setup process is designed to be stress-free for you. Whether we are decorating a home in Kharghar, a community hall in Nerul, or a cafe in Vashi, we arrive with all props, backdrops, and lighting pre-checked. A typical setup takes anywhere from two to four hours depending on the complexity of your decor. We handle the heavy lifting, such as securing 6ft circular backdrops or assembling organic balloon garlands, so you can focus on your guests. We also factor in the logistics of Navi Mumbai traffic to ensure we are on-site well before your event starts. If there are specific limitations at your venue, like low ceilings or strict time slots for setup, let us know in advance so we can adjust our plan. We leave the space as we found it, taking care of all debris and packaging once the event concludes.
