Classic Rose & Balloon Room Decor
Core Decoration Elements
- Ceiling Decor: 40 to 50 air-filled balloons attached to the ceiling with standard tape and dangling ribbons.
- The Pathway: A dense trail of fresh red rose petals leading from the door to the bed (approx. 6 to 8 feet).
- Bed Art: Fresh petals arranged in a heart shape or short message on the bedsheet.
- Wall & Floor: "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY" foil balloons (16 inch) on the wall and 20 to 30 loose balloons on the floor.
Material & Logistics
- Flowers: Fresh Desi Red Roses (loose petals).
- Setup Time: 60 to 90 minutes by 1 or 2 decorators.
- Important Note: Use of standard tape on ceilings may affect certain paint finishes.
- Cleanup: Not included. Client is responsible for removal and cleanup.
Cabana Canopy & Fairy Light Setup
The Structure
- Canopy: A tent-like setup using sheer white net fabric, adaptable for bed or floor seating.
- Lighting: Extensive warm-white LED fairy lights intertwined with the fabric. Requires a nearby power outlet.
- Rental Basis: The fabric, frame, and lights are rented and will be collected the next day.
Decor Add-ons
- Balloons: 2 large clusters (chrome gold, black, white mix) placed at the base.
- Accents: Foil heart balloons, "Love" bunting, and rose petals sprinkled inside the canopy.
Execution
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours for draping and lighting.
- Exclusions: Mattress and cushions for floor setups must be provided by the client.
Grand Ring or Sequin Backdrop Setup
Backdrop Options
- Option A: A 6ft x 6ft Circular Metal Ring backdrop.
- Option B: A 6ft x 6ft Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold, Silver, or Iridescent panels).
Decor & Props
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arch covering half the structure, mixing Chrome, Pastel, and Confetti balloons (200+ pieces).
- Neon Sign: "Happy Anniversary" or similar text light mounted on the backdrop.
- Cake Display: One cylinder pedestal placed in front.
Logistics
- Rental Policy: All hard props (ring, wall, neon, table) are rented.
- Staffing: Team of 2 to 3 for setup (3 hours) and dismantling (post event or next day).
- Power: Venue must provide a plug point within 5 meters for the neon sign.
