Teaching a young player the fundamentals of leg spin. I am showing him the correct finger position on the seam and how to generate spin for leg breaks, googlies, and top spinners.

When you train with me, we don't just 'net'. Whether it’s fixing your backswing or aligning your shoulder for a lofted shot, I use high-repetition drills to spot exactly where your technique breaks down. My coaching isn't about general tips; it’s about correcting the mechanics of your stance and grip until they are second nature. Cricket isn't played in the air; it's played with your feet on the ground and your head in the right place. Many players lose their wickets not because they lack talent, but because their fundamentals are loose.
The Four Phases of a Shot
I focus heavily on the connection between your backswing, downswing, impact, and follow-through. If you miss your backswing, your downswing will be late. If your impact point isn't right under your head, you aren't in control.
- Backswing & Downswing: We drill these until the bat path is clean.
- Impact: This is where the magic happens. I watch your head position constantly—if it's not over the ball, your weight transfer is wrong.
- Follow-Through: This confirms if your power was channeled correctly.
Why 1-on-1 Matters
I offer private mentorship because group coaching often misses the small errors. In our sessions at Kadipur or Surakhpur, I use video analysis to show you exactly where your back foot or shoulder alignment is failing you. We don't move on until you've corrected the error in the nets.
We also focus on the mental side. Darr mat (Don't fear) the ball. Use your brain to judge the line and length. Whether you are working on leg spin, seam bowling, or defensive batting, my method is to strip the game down to its basics, practice them under pressure, and build a champion from the ground up.
