Cricket Match Simulation & Tactical Coaching in Delhi
Nets are for basics; match simulation is where you learn to win. I set up real-game scenarios to test your temperament, field placement, and decision-making under pressure.
"Hit it out of the park!" A player practices his power hitting during a match simulation. This is where you learn to clear the boundary.
A "brain boosting" game with the team. Mental exercises are just as important as physical ones to keep the players sharp.
A mental concentration game to improve focus and attention. These games help players stay calm in high pressure situations.
An eliminator match from our HRCA intra league. The stakes are high, and players learn to perform under pressure.
Match simulation is an excellent way to practice and prepare for actual cricket matches. It helps players adapt to game situations.
A practice match at our Nangli Puna ground. We encourage healthy competition among our players.
Match simulation feels like a real game. It's not a match, but it feels like one, and that's how you prepare for the real thing.
An open net practice session on the main ground. This helps batsmen get used to the pace and bounce of a match wicket.
Another open net practice. This gives bowlers a chance to bowl longer spells and batsmen to build an innings.
A practice match at our Chander Vihar ground. We provide opportunities for our players to play regular matches.
About Match Simulation & Tactics
In my sessions, we don't just bowl or hit. I set game targets—like chasing 40 runs in 5 overs—and force you to make real tactical decisions. If you collapse under the pressure of a simulated run-chase, we pause, dissect the shot selection, and fix the mindset right there on the field.
Cricket isn't played in a static net; it is played in the head and on the field. That is why match simulation is non-negotiable at H.R. Cricket Academy. Whether you train at our Nangli Puna or Surakhpur grounds, you will face scenarios that mirror the intensity of a real state-level match.
Why Simulation Matters
Most players have the technique, but they lose because they lack the temperament to handle pressure. My drills are designed to create that pressure. We force bowlers to defend low totals and batsmen to rotate the strike when the required run rate climbs. This is how you learn to read a game, set fields, and understand the opposition's intent.
My Approach
- Situational Drills: I use whiteboard sessions to explain field placements and bowling plans before we hit the ground.
- Brain Games: We don't just run; we think. I incorporate mental concentration exercises to keep you sharp when you are tired.
- Immediate Correction: If you miss a line or choose the wrong shot, we stop. You learn by fixing the mistake, not by ignoring it.
This training is about building the brain as much as the body. If you want to play for DPL or state teams, you need to understand the game, not just hit the ball. Come prepared to work.
H.R Cricket Academy
I am Hemant Rattan, and I don't believe in shortcuts. You come to my academy to learn the hard truths of the sport, not just to knock balls around. If you are ready to sweat, learn from your mistakes, and build the mental strength of a champion, then we have work to do.
