Stop wasting time on fad diets and complex routines. I help athletes build sustainable eating habits and effective home workouts that actually work.

I don't believe in fad diets. In this clip, I explain why intermittent fasting is a superior and more sustainable strategy for weight management and overall health for both athletes and the general public.

No gym? No problem. Here I discuss how to stay fit using effective bodyweight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups, combined with smart nutrition, even without access to equipment.

About this collection

Stop overcomplicating your food. I don't follow fad diets because they rarely last. For me and the fighters I coach, intermittent fasting is the only strategy that consistently keeps energy levels high and recovery sharp without needing to track every single calorie in an app.

Fitness isn't just what you do inside the gym; it is about what you do when you leave. Many people fall into the trap of being active during their workout but lazy at home. That happens because they treat training and eating as separate tasks instead of a single lifestyle.

The Real Approach to Nutrition

I tell my athletes to drop the complex calorie counting. If you are not a professional bodybuilder, you do not need to weigh every gram of food you eat. Instead, I practice and teach intermittent fasting.

  • 16/8 Protocol: Great for maintaining health and mental clarity.
  • 24-Hour Fasting: I use this twice a week for deeper metabolic resetting.

It is sustainable, it gives your body time to recover, and it fits into any schedule, whether you are in fight camp or the off-season.

Training Anywhere

You do not need a fancy gym membership to stay fit. If you have a park or a small corner at home, you have enough.

  • Bodyweight Basics: Pushups, pullups, and burpees build functional power that translates to the mat.
  • Conditioning: Skipping and running are your best friends for building cardiovascular endurance.

The goal is to be ready for anything, not just to look good for a photo. Stick to these basics, stay consistent, and you will see the results on the mat.
