1 BHK Essentials Turnkey Package
Civil & False Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board perimeter styling (borders) in the Living room with basic LED panel lights. Minimalistic POP cornices in the bedroom.
- Painting: Interior emulsion paint (Tractor or equivalent) with 2-coat putty finish for all walls.
- Electrical: Shifting of existing switch points to suit the new layout with installation of basic switches.
Furniture & Woodwork (Laminate Finish)
- Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel Modular Kitchen (approx. 8-10 running feet). Finish: High-gloss 1mm Laminate on MR (Moisture Resistant) Plywood/MDF. Includes SS-202 wire basket drawers.
- Bedroom: 2-Door Sliding Wardrobe (approx. 6ft wide) with loft storage. Internal carcass made of Commercial ply.
- Bed: Queen-size bed (5ft x 6.5ft) with manual hydraulic storage mechanism and upholstered headboard.
- Living Room: Wall-mounted TV Unit (approx. 5ft wide) with basic storage drawers and shelving.
Soft Furnishing & Decor
- Bathroom: Replacement of sanitary fittings (Taps, Shower) with standard entry-range brands. Installation of a small vanity mirror cabinet.
- Decor: Basic curtain rods and semi-blackout curtains for Living and Bedroom windows.

Advanced Carpentry & Space Saving
- Kids/Guest Room: Signature Horizontal/Vertical Murphy Bed (Wall Bed) with manual mechanism to maximize floor space, integrated with a study desk or storage unit.
- Kitchen: Premium Modular setup with Acrylic Finish shutters. Includes soft-close Tandem boxes and a dedicated tall pantry unit.
- Dining: Custom-designed Foldable/Expandable Dining table or a 4-seater compact dining set with laminate finish.

Heavy Civil Works
- Flooring: Installation of large format Glazed Vitrified Tiles (e.g., 4ft x 2ft) across the entire apartment.
