- Living Room: Wall-mounted TV console (5ft x 4ft) with back paneling and bottom drawers.
- Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout (8-10 rft) using BWR Ply, High Gloss Laminate shutters, and SS wire baskets.
Civil & Finishes
- False Ceiling: Gypsum ceiling in Living Room and Bedroom with cove provision.
- Painting: Premium Emulsion on internal walls after putty and primer coats.
- Electrical: Basic point shifting for TV unit and kitchen appliances.
- Safety Door: Main entrance door with laminate finish and standard locking system.
