Our Construction Process: Steel Structures and Extensions

Every outdoor structure we build begins with a high-grade mild steel framework. We use 100mm heavy-duty hollow sections that are grouted directly into concrete for stability, ensuring your terrace cabin or pergola remains solid through Delhi’s harsh weather and monsoon winds.

Structural Integrity

We prioritize load-bearing capacity in every build. For terrace extensions and cabins, our framework utilizes heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) sections. By using 100mm columns and rafters, we ensure the structure can support polycarbonate roofing or louvers without bowing or instability.

Corrosion Protection

Outdoor environments in the NCR region require specific attention to rust prevention. Our process includes a mandatory anti-rust red oxide primer application on all steel components. This is followed by a finish layer of automotive-grade PU paint in Matte Black or Dark Grey, providing a durable barrier against humidity and seasonal rain.

Assembly & Installation

We handle the entire fabrication process on-site or in pre-fabricated sections.

• Grouting: Pillars are grouted into the concrete slab to provide structural anchoring.
• Roofing: Polycarbonate sheets are installed with specific overlap techniques to prevent water leakage during monsoon.
• Surface Finish: Our welding joints are cleaned and smoothed to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic that fits into contemporary home or commercial designs.
