Natural Lawn Installation & Soil Development
Site Preparation
- Clearance & Grading: Removal of surface debris and weeds followed by basic ground leveling to ensure proper water runoff.
- Soil Work: Mechanical or manual tilling of topsoil up to 6 inches deep for aeration.
Installation & Material
- Enrichment: Mixing of Vermicompost, Neem Khali (for pest prevention), and bone meal into the soil bed.
- Turfing: Laying of mature Mexican Carpet Grass (Selection No. 1) or Bermuda grass patches for an instant green look.
- Handover: Includes first heavy rolling to settle roots and initial watering.
Artificial Vertical Garden System
Structural Base
- Fabrication: Installation of a Mild Steel (MS) grid or wire mesh offset from the wall to prevent dampness transfer.
- Mounting: Secure fixing of panels using industrial-grade UV-resistant cable ties or clips.
Foliage Specifications
- Design: High-density mats (approx 40x60cm) in Tropical Mix, Ferns, or Boxwood styles with accent stems.
- Quality: UV-treated leaves guaranteed against rapid fading with zero see-through gaps to completely hide the backing wall.
Metal Pergola & Gazebo Fabrication
Steel Structure
- Framework: Heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) hollow sections (APL Apollo or equivalent) used for columns (100mm) and rafters.
- Civil Work: Grouting pillars into the concrete base for structural stability.
Finishing & Roofing
- Paint System: Application of anti-rust red oxide primer followed by Matte Black or Dark Grey automotive-grade PU paint.
- Covering: Installation of solid or multiwall Polycarbonate sheets for rain protection, or MS Louvers for shade designs.
Outdoor Decking (WPC or Thermo Pine)
Sub-Base Framework
- Support System: Installation of an Aluminum or MS tube grid (joist system) to level the floor and ensure water drainage underneath.
- Fixing: Use of concealed clips and SS screws to ensure a screw-free walking surface.
Plank Specifications
- WPC: Rot-proof and termite-proof composite planks requiring zero polishing.
- Thermo Pine: Chemically treated natural soft wood finished with specialized outdoor deck oil.
