We do not just put down a mat and call it a day. We scout secluded lakeside or forest spots that offer actual quiet, then set them up with low wooden tables and floor cushions for comfort. Since we handle the logistics, carry the props, and bring the snacks, your only job is to show up, breathe the fresh air, and actually be present with your kids without checking your watch.
