See how our tribe of young explorers turns weekends into wild adventures. From messy art in the park to forest discoveries, this is what happens when we swap screens for streams.

A proud moment for us. Green Panther was featured live on NDTV for their Bachpan Manao initiative, celebrating the importance of nature play for children.

What a wonderful surprise. We were thrilled to be featured by The Better India for our work in giving city kids a childhood filled with forests, treks, and campfires.

Green Panther makes headlines. We were featured in the Mid-Day Mumbai newspaper as we expanded our nature initiatives to new cities.

Meet me, Shruti Jha, the founder of Green Panther. My journey began with a simple desire to nurture my own child's connection with nature, and it grew into this wonderful community.

Meet our naturalist, Arun Kaulige. With a rich background in natural farming and environmental education, his deep knowledge and passion are invaluable to our mission.

A snapshot of our community. Parents and children laughing and bonding on a picnic blanket in the park. This is what it's all about.

Our team and the wonderful families who joined our first-ever event in Pune. It's so exciting to watch our community grow.

About Our Community In Action

We do not just visit nature; we get our hands dirty in it. Whether it is a sensory walk where we touch the moss or a scavenger hunt in a city park, every session is designed to make kids pause and notice the wild things living right next door. If you join us, expect muddy shoes, real questions about bugs, and a deeper curiosity about the world outside.

Nature play is not just an activity; it is how children learn to respect the world they live in. Our workshops in Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai are built around this philosophy.

When we gather, we aren't following a rigid lecture. Instead, we let the environment dictate the lesson. One day, a simple bird spotting mission becomes a conversation about migration patterns. Another day, an art session with fallen leaves teaches children about textures and natural design. This hands-on approach helps kids move from being passive observers to active participants in their environment.

Why the Tribe Matters

Parent-child bonding is at the heart of what we do. By participating together, parents model curiosity. When a child sees their parent getting excited about a mushroom or trying to identify a leaf, they learn that nature is not something to be feared but something to be explored.

What to Expect

  • Parent-Child Sessions: These are collaborative. You walk, observe, and create together. It is as much for the adults as it is for the children.
  • Drop-off Camps: We offer deeper dives where kids build independence through sustained outdoor learning and citizen science projects.
  • Inclusivity: We believe every child should have access to these experiences. Our activities are adapted to be sensory-friendly and inclusive for children with different needs.

We provide the gear—magnifying glasses, bug jars, and art supplies—so you do not have to worry about the logistics. We just ask that you bring comfortable shoes and an open mind. Whether it is your first time in a forest or your hundredth, there is always something new to discover when you slow down and look closely.

Green Panther

I am Shruti, and I started Green Panther because I wanted my own child to have a childhood defined by muddy knees, not screen time. Along with Arun and our team of naturalists, we have created a space where your family can trade the city rush for quiet forest trails and real connections.
