About A Closer Look at Our Chocolates
When we decided to mix chocolate with our favourite Indian fruits, we knew the balance had to be just right. We use 55% Belgian dark chocolate as a base, ensuring the sweetness of the fruit shines through before you get that final, distinct hit of spice. Every bar is made in small batches in our Mumbai kitchen, without any preservatives, keeping it as fresh as the day it was packed.
At Goosebumps, we do not believe in just making chocolate. We believe in the experiment. When we started, it was all about pickles, but our passion for Indian flavours kept us curious. We asked ourselves what happens when you pair 55% Belgian dark chocolate with the zing of Kashmiri chilli or the tang of dried mango.
The result is what you see here. We skip the heavy sweeteners and artificial additives. Instead, we lean on the natural texture of dehydrated fruits and the bite of raw spices. You will find Strawberry and Pink Salt, Mango and Black Pepper, Cranberry and Kashmiri Chilli, Cherry and Basil, and Orange and Rock Salt. Each bar is a mini-party, sweet, then bitter, then a sudden kick of spice.
