Romantic Room & Bed Decoration
Bed Styling
- Heart shape or message created with fresh rose petals.
- Temporary net canopy draped over the bed.
Floral & Balloons
- 20 to 30 single Rose stems hanging from the canopy or ceiling.
- 30 to 50 Helium or Air-filled balloons (Red/White/Heart-shaped).
- Foil LOVE or message balloons included.
Ambient Lighting
- 3 to 4 strings of warm white fairy lights interlaced with drapes or headboard.
Traditional Marigold Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- Standard 8ft x 10ft backdrop frame.
- High-density Marigold (Genda) lattice pattern (Jaal) or curtain style in Yellow/Orange.
- Satin fabric masking to hide rear walls.
Seating & Furniture
- 1 decorated 2-seater sofa or traditional Swing (Jhoola).

4-Pillar Wedding Mandap & Vedi Decor
Structure & Design
- 4-pillar wooden or truss framework (10x10 ft or 12x12 ft).
- Overhead fabric canopy in Red, Gold, or White.
- Hanging strings (Ladi) of Tuberose or Jasmine buds inside the mandap.
Floral Work
- Dense floral runners on the top 4 structural beams.
- Mix of local roses, gerberas, and green fillers (artificial fillers used at heights for volume).
Ceremonial Inclusions
- Seating: 4 low-height chairs or 2 bridal + 2 parent chairs.
- Havan Kund perimeter decoration.
- Red or white carpeting within the Mandap zone.
- 4 to 6 LED Par Cans for pillar illumination.
Standard Reception Stage Decor (20-24ft)
Backdrop Setup
- Covers a stage width of approximately 20ft to 24ft.
- Layered satin or lycra fabric draping in curtain or cross-drape style.
- 1ft to 1.5ft thick running floral border along the top edge (Roses, Carnations, Lilies).
Furniture & Props
- 1 Grand Wedding Sofa (Silver/Gold/White leatherette).
- 2 tall floral stands or artificial Roman pillars.
- Red or White carpeting for the stage platform.
Lighting
- General floodlights for photography.
- 6 to 8 LED par cans for backdrop color.
- Small hanging fiber/acrylic chandeliers if truss design permits.
Groom's Car Floral Decoration
Bonnet Design
- Central floral bunch in V-shape, Heart shape, or Bouquet cluster.
- Uses primarily Gerberas and Carnations for volume (Roses used as accents).
Exterior Accents
- Two wide net or satin ribbons stretching from bonnet to mirrors.
- 4 small floral bunches tied to door handles with ribbons.
- Single floral line or small bunch on the trunk boot.
Service Notes
- Installation takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
About Wedding & Event Decoration
What I Do
I’ve been working with flowers since 1965, right here in Delhi-NCR. My style is simple - you tell me what you want for your event, I’ll make it happen with fresh flowers, made just for you.
Main Event Decor
- For weddings, I do everything: Haldi, Mehendi, pheras, reception, you name it.
- My Haldi and Mehendi floral setups are full of marigold wedding decorations and bright colours. I use genda phool, pretty fabric drapes, and props like matkas, urlis, and umbrellas.
- Mandap and vedi? I can go traditional with roses or keep it modern with pastel flowers and white drapes.
- Stages for engagement or reception are all about elegant backdrops, floral arrangements, and warm lighting.
Other Occasions
- I decorate for Guruji satsang flower arrangements, making Guruji’s asan and backdrops with fresh flowers and Om symbols.
- Religious festivals need intricate phool bangla - I do those too, especially for Janmashtami.
- Also, small family events like anniversaries and birthdays at home.
The Small Touches
- Custom jaimalas for weddings, flower jewellery (necklaces, earrings, maang tikka) for the bride, and phoolon ki chadar for her entry.
- Car decoration and floral rangoli to welcome guests.
