This is a beautiful mandap I decorated for an evening wedding. The structure is covered in pink, purple, and white flowers, with hanging floral strings and ribbons inside, all lit up to create a magical atmosphere.
For this stage, I created a bold statement with a large arch made of fresh red roses against a white lattice wall. The top of the wall is decorated with hanging white flowers and greenery for a garden-like feel.
An elegant and classic stage design for a reception. I used a golden fabric drape on one side, complemented by a thick floral border on top and ornate chandeliers on the other side for a royal look.

I don't use plastic decor. Everything you see here, from the mandap floral runners to the stage borders, is made with real, fresh flowers sourced specifically for your event date. When you book a stage or mandap, I personally oversee the installation to ensure the blooms stay fresh throughout your ceremony, whether it's an indoor banquet or an outdoor farmhouse setup.
Traditional and Modern Floral Styling
My approach to mandap and stage decor is simple: it needs to look good and stay fresh. Since 1965, I have handled setups ranging from small, intimate home functions to large banquet weddings across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
Custom, Not Pre-Packaged
You will not find standard 'packages' with me because every venue and every couple has different requirements. Whether you want a traditional mandap with heavy marigold (genda phool) ladi, or a modern reception stage with roses and white drapes, we plan it together.
My Process
- Mandap Setup: I use sturdy wooden or truss frameworks. The structural beams are decorated with dense floral runners, and we use tuberose and jasmine for that classic wedding fragrance.
- Stage Decor: Whether you need a 20ft backdrop or something smaller, I focus on the lighting and floral border density to make sure the couple stands out in photographs.
- Freshness Guarantee: Because everything is made to order, I only buy the flowers required for your specific date. This ensures you aren't getting leftovers from a previous event.
What to Expect
If you have a specific color theme or a reference image from Pinterest, feel free to share it. I can recreate styles using seasonal blooms. If you are planning an outdoor event, I often recommend using hardier flowers that handle the heat better, while keeping delicate roses for the shaded areas or AC banquet halls.
