Floral Rangoli & Matka Decor
I bring life to your venue corners with handmade floral rangolis and traditional matka setups using fresh flowers. Here is a look at the small details that make a celebration feel complete.
This is a floral rangoli I made using marigold strings to create spiral patterns. I placed diyas in the center of each spiral and scattered rose petals to complete this traditional floor decoration.
A long, rectangular floral rangoli designed for a walkway. This design uses marigold petals, rose petals, and green leaves to create a colorful pattern, with a border of genda phool strings.
This is a popular decorative piece where marigold strings appear to flow out of a golden matka. It's a great way to add a traditional and eye-catching element to the event decor.
Here I have used colorful matkas of different sizes as decorative props. Garlands of orange marigolds are arranged to look like they are spilling out of the pots onto the ground.
A simple and traditional decor element using earthen matkas. I decorated the mouth of each pot with marigold and green leaves, and placed them together as a showpiece.
This corner decoration uses several small matkas with marigold garlands flowing out of them. The floor is scattered with fresh flower petals, creating a lovely and detailed display.
A floor decoration made with yellow and orange marigold strings in a winding pattern. I placed green urlis at the center of the curves, which can be filled with water and floating flowers or diyas.
About Floral Details & Props
For these setups, I only use fresh marigold strings and loose petals, prepared on the day of your event so they stay vibrant. Whether you want a simple floral rangoli for the entrance or a clustered matka arrangement for a photo corner, I set it all up at your venue in about an hour.
Small touches like floral rangolis and decorated matkas are what turn a basic venue into a celebration space. I have been setting up these details since 1965, and my process remains simple but precise. For rangolis, I use fresh genda phool strings and scattered rose petals to create patterns that fit your specific walkway or entrance area. Unlike artificial decorations that look stiff, fresh flowers bring a natural scent and vibrancy that guests notice the moment they walk in.
My matka setups are a staple for Haldi and Mehendi functions. I use traditional earthen pots decorated with marigolds to create an 'overflowing' effect, which works perfectly as a corner filler or a backdrop accent. I bring the props and the fresh flowers to your location in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida, and handle the entire installation on-site. If you have a specific color scheme or a mix of flowers you prefer, let me know, and I will adjust the layout to match your theme. These are not pre-made packages that come out of a box; each design is arranged fresh on the day, ensuring the flowers stay bright throughout your event.
