Care and Storage

Because we do not use heavy industrial preservatives, these treats have a shorter shelf life than mass-produced bakery items. They are best kept in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival and consumed within 24 hours. We pack them in sturdy, food-grade boxes to protect their delicate shapes during transit across Delhi NCR, but we advise handling them with care once they reach your table.
