These cakes are dense and moist, specifically formulated to hold up to a hot mug of coffee or tea without falling apart. We bake these as whole loaves to retain moisture for as long as possible, but if you are serving a group, just let us know and we can pre-slice them for you before packing.

When we developed this collection, we wanted to move away from the overly sweet, airy cakes you find at parties. A tea cake should feel grounded. Our coffee walnut loaf, for instance, has a structured crumb that provides a satisfying bite, while the vanilla latte cake uses real coffee infusion in both the sponge and the mascarpone frosting to ensure the flavor is not just an afterthought.

We focus heavily on the 'afternoon break' experience. Because many of our clients prefer healthier alternatives for daily snacking, we offer options using whole wheat flour and jaggery. These versions maintain the same moist texture as our standard bakes but offer a more balanced profile that sits lighter on the palate.

Storage and Freshness: We bake these to order in our Sainik Farms studio. Because we do not use preservatives, we wrap each loaf in food-grade parchment paper to keep the crumb tender. They stay fresh at room temperature for a couple of days, or you can warm a slice in the oven for a few minutes to bring back that 'fresh from the oven' aroma.

We deliver these across Delhi NCR. If you are ordering as a gift, we pack them in sturdy kraft paper boxes that are designed to handle transit without the cake getting squashed or losing its shape.
