This is a condition called Clipper Alopecia, and it's completely preventable. Shaving a double-coated breed like a Pomeranian can damage the coat's natural layers, leading to patchy or non-existent regrowth. I always educate pet parents on safer alternatives like regular brushing, de-shedding, and light trims to keep the coat healthy.
This is Toffee. He used to be very anxious and always needed a muzzle for grooming. In our second session together, we were able to work without one. Building trust is the most important part of my job, especially with nervous pets. My goal is always comfort first, which means going slow and creating a calm, safe space.

Grooming a Husky is a process. This is Akira's signature grooming package, where we did a full coat blowout. I use a multi-step method with conditioning, de-shedding, and high-velocity drying to remove the impacted undercoat, which keeps her skin healthy and her coat breathable.

- Double-Coat Care: I see too many Huskies and Poms suffering from shaved coats. Instead, I use a mechanical de-shedding method (the Close-Open-Close technique) that removes dead undercoat without compromising the protective top layer, keeping them cool and comfortable.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: From nail grinding—which is safer than clipping for anxious pets—to ear cleaning and paw-pad care, I handle the maintenance that keeps your pet walking pain-free.
